Growing Conditions: 2004 featured an early bud break following a serious April frost. A warm, pleasant summer with harvest beginning slightly later than normal. Lower than normal yields produced lush, incredibly rich wines.
Tasting Notes: A balanced wine that fills the mouth. Our 2004 Stargazer speaks to Cabernet Sauvignon, shows good length and finishes with fruit, spice and tannins.
Cellaring: Our 2004 Stargazer is readily approachable right now and will age beautifully to 2012.
